Children's Mosaics
Children have worked with a variety of materials in mosaic classes including vitreous glass, smalti, glazed and unglazed ceramic tile, hand made ceramic inclusions and marble. They have learnt to work directly and indirectly on a variety of substrates for indoor and outdoor display with a developing understanding of mosaic traditions such as Opus and andamento.
