    Terms and Conditions for weekend workshops
    I keep workshop numbers low to ensure a quality experience for all students. This means that last minute cancellations have a serious impact on the viability of workshops for all students. In addition to workshop fees, some students are paying for flights an accommodation to attend. 
    In the case of guest tutors, their willingness to work with our studio depends greatly on the viability of their classes.

    In order to ensure workshops proceed the following terms apply.
    - Workshop Deposits are not refundable.
    - Deposits are not taken during COVID restrictions.

    - The Balance of fees is refundable if a cancellation is made 2 weeks or more before the workshop date. 

    In the event that a workshop is cancelled due to Covid 19 restrictions, tutor     illness, or an extreme weather event a full refund will be provided.
